Opened in January 2014, this new Mexican restaurant offers an all-organic cuisine from executive chef Chandra Gilbert. The beverage menu from Jason Eisner offers small-batch tequilas and mezcals along with cocktails including housemade bitters. The 5,000-square-foot space by architect Victor Corona features a Mexican look complemented by an interior design of Wendy Haworth which stresses a handmade aspect in choice of materials and decor. There is lots of wood and brick here spread beneath a vaulted ceiling. Indoor and outdoor dining options are available with seating for a 100 guests inside and another 130 on the patio surrounded by olive trees.
