Superba Food & Bread

Paul Hibler has tapped Jason Travi as the executive chef for Venice's second Superba outlet opening in March 2014. This casual restaurant will emphasize bread, pastries and other cafe fare. Bruch options will include some souped up traditional items such as pancakes made of gingerbread and a fried egg topping kimchee and brown rice. For dinner Superba will serve a menu including beef rib pot roast and pot pies made with smoked turkey.
